Series 2 - Talent Reimagined

In Series 2, we introduce the Lifelong Open Learning Architecture (LOLA), a comprehensive policy framework intended to strengthen the development, use, and sustainability of regional human capital. LOLA functions as both a policy blueprint and an operational model. To illustrate how LOLA could be implemented in practice, Series 2 presents a ten-year transition roadmap for Alberta (Canada), anchored in four major projects that collectively demonstrate how regions can move from a legacy education model to an open, adaptive learning architecture.
