Alberta 2036: Project Open Campus

Project Open Campus reimagines Alberta’s public postsecondary campuses as shared civic learning infrastructure. By transferring physical assets into a public trust and enabling open, multi-tenant access, the project increases utilization, expands provider diversity, improves regional equity, and aligns physical space with lifelong, modular, community-embedded learning across the province.
