Your the Boss: The Rise of Hybrid Careers
This report examines hybrid careers as a structural response to labour market transformation and a key mechanism for continuous, work-integrated learning. Evidence from 17 professionals identifies relational networks, self-directed learning, and adaptive identity as core enablers of skill development and mobility. The findings highlight growing misalignment with legacy education models and conclude that policy and postsecondary systems must redesign human capital infrastructure to support lifelong, flexible, and modular career pathways.
